Okajima Rokuro, also known as Rock, arrived in Southeast Asia to deliver a secret CD. However, he was captured by a group of pirates called Black Lagoon. Despite hoping for a rescue from his company, who had abandoned him for exposing the CD's secret, Rock struggled to survive in despair. Eventually, he gave up everything and became a pirate of Black Lagoon, earning the nickname Rock.
